This ductwork is limited to sealing certain portions of ducts and vents and is not a complete overhaul of the attached duct system. All Year does not represent or warrant, and expressly disclaims, that said ductwork is a complete overhaul of the attached duct system, and expressly disclaims that said ductwork will repair, replace or correct each and every defect within the duct system. Further, All Year expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that its work will result in the customer obtaining or procuring any and all rebates from the State of Florida, United States government, or any other private or governmental entity. Such rebates may be for a limited sum, for which All Year has no authority over and expressly disclaims any representations and warranties regarding the availability of such sums. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to apply for and obtain said rebates, and to assure that the duct system is in proper working order to qualify for any such rebate.
