High- and low-pressure switches with this Carrier 15 SEER system shut off operation when harmful conditions are detected to prevent damage to the Carrier 15 SEER 38QRR’s compressor. Front-to-back airflow with this Carrier 15 SEER system moves air through the outdoor unit at a lower velocity to ensure less noise with the Carrier 15 SEER 38QRR and to move air away from nearby shrubs.
